Sunday 16th June 2024
Polynucleotides have attracted attention in the field of aesthetics for their impact, on skin rejuvenation and anti aging treatments. Polynucleotides rejuvenate the under-eye area by stimulating collagen and elastin production, improving skin texture and reducing the appearance of hollows. The treatment brightens dark circles under the eyes, giving the skin a more refreshed and youthful appearance. A minimum of treatment sessions are usually recommended for optimal results, the effects of polynucleotides can last for several months with proper maintenance. These molecules, derived from salmon DNA possess properties that stimulate the production of collagen, aid in tissue repair and enhance skin elasticity. Through techniques like microneedling or injections polynucleotides can be introduced into the skin to reduce lines, wrinkles and signs of aging. Their ability to promote cell growth and repair damaged tissues makes them a promising option for achieving radiant skin. Based on a formulation of DNA, they interact with the body’s natural processes at a cellular level, where they boost the repair and regeneration mechanisms, stimulating fibroblast and collagen production for skin that has improved elasticity and radiance. Revitalizing Radiance: The Transformative Advantages of Polynucleotides in Tear Trough Treatment
Sunday 24th December 2023
The benefits of polynucleotides for tear trough treatment are far greater than those of traditional methods. Made from salmon DNA, they are biocompatible and stimulate natural tissue regeneration. Unlike dermal fillers, polynucleotide treatments are well tolerated by people with sensitive skin, minimizing the risk of adverse reactions. This is why they are a great alternative for people with tear trough concerns. Plynucleotides stimulate the production of collagen as well as elastin, which helps to address the root causes of tear trough problems. This results in more gradual and natural improvements in texture and elasticity over time. The biological nature of these compounds supports long-term results, as they help to rejuvenate tissue over time. Not only do they address cosmetic concerns, but they also promote overall skin health. Tear trough treatments have the potential to improve hydration and reduce fine lines. However, it is important to consult a qualified healthcare professional to determine if this treatment is suitable for your individual tear trough concerns. The benefits of polynucleotides: Increase cell turnover, Improve skin elasticity, Reduce signs of hyperpigmentation, Minimise pore size, Boost hyaluronic acid production, Reduce hollowing, Lessen fine lines, and Give a brighter complexion If you have any questions about these treatment then please get in touch with BrightSmile Dental & Aesthetic Clinic in London NW3. Microcannulas are the future of fillers
Saturday 28th October 2017
Microcannulas are without a doubt the future of injectable fillers as the increased safety, patient comfort, and accuracy of using the microcannula technique for injectable fillers will soon make it the standard of care. Microcannula is advantageous over the traditional sharp hypodermic needle, as it offer flexibility and has a blunt head, which allows the filler to be injected or fanned into the desired areas with extreme precision. The traditional technique for injecting a filler involves making several injection points with a sharp needle. Having multiple injection sites is often what can lead to bruising, as you are potentially breaking blood vessels with each injection. With a microcannula, you need only one injection point per area, and the cannulas is then threaded under the skin. The microcannula is so thin, blunt head, and flexible that it can actually move blood vessels out of the way instead of puncturing them. Dr Massoudi uses the microcannula for facial filler injections when appropriate, including nasolabial folds, cheeks, marionette lines, temple, forehead, tear trough, jaw lines, chin, nasal augmentation ("liquid rhinoplasty”), and lips. The result is very precise placement of the fillers, a dramatically reduced chance of bruising, and very minimal pain.
